Writing about your feelings can help the brain overcome emotional unbalance and leave you feeling happier and relieved.The greatest thing about diaries is how raw they are, how badly written, how true and unpretentious, they are.
Reminds me of notes to self, written a long time ago so that I might not forget.
That’s exactly what they are! As I read them, I realize how much of my own life I have forgotten…and then I buy another diary. 🙂 and promise myself to not forget and to write out all my issues and frustrations to avoid it sitting within myself and me becoming those negative things.
Writing can be therapeutic and may save yourself from you and save others from yourself.
